Thank you for your order with Big Hearted Education. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when ordering physical products from us.

 

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship physical products within Australia only. We are unable to process international orders at this time, including orders to New Zealand. If you are located outside Australia and wish to enquire about an order, please contact us at info@bigheartededucation.com.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the product ordered, its size and weight, and your delivery location within Australia. The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

       We do not add hidden fees — the shipping amount shown at checkout is what you pay.

       Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

3. Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched from Helensvale, QLD 4212, Australia.

       Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of payment being received.

       You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

       We do not dispatch on weekends or Australian public holidays.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

       Queensland: 2–5 business days

       Other states and territories: 3–7 business days

       Remote and rural areas: may take longer

These are estimates only and are subject to Australia Post or courier delays outside our control.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the relevant carrier’s website.

 

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Big Hearted Education is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@bigheartededucation.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

 

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@bigheartededucation.com with your order number and we will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.
